柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組開機(jī)步驟如下：

1、擰松噴油泵上的放氣螺釘，用燃油手泵排除燃油系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的空氣，同時(shí)將調(diào)整控制手柄固定在適宜啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速的油門位置。

2、按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，使柴油機(jī)啟動(dòng)，如10秒（最多15秒），柴油機(jī)仍不能著火啟動(dòng)，則應(yīng)待1分鐘后再作第二次啟動(dòng)，若連續(xù)三次仍無法啟動(dòng)則應(yīng)檢查并找出故障原因。

3、柴油機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，應(yīng)密切注意機(jī)油壓力表讀數(shù)（正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)為2．5—3．5kg/C㎡），如機(jī)油壓力表不指示，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，并檢查電流表有無充電指示。

4、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后，空載轉(zhuǎn)速逐漸增加到1000—1200r/min，（注意不得長時(shí)間低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)），進(jìn)行柴油機(jī)的預(yù)熱過程后，再將轉(zhuǎn)速提高到額定轉(zhuǎn)速。待出水溫度達(dá)到55℃，機(jī)油溫度達(dá)到45℃時(shí)，才允許進(jìn)入全負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

5、當(dāng)發(fā)電機(jī)組各儀表指示正常時(shí)，即可合上負(fù)荷開關(guān)向負(fù)載送電，隨著機(jī)組負(fù)荷的變化，若頻率和電壓不在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整頻率和電壓，使其保持額定值，嚴(yán)禁發(fā)電機(jī)組在低轉(zhuǎn)速情況下帶負(fù)荷，以免損壞設(shè)備。

6、機(jī)組投入正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，應(yīng)隨時(shí)注意觀察水溫、油溫、油壓的變化以及功率表、頻率表、電流表、電壓表的讀數(shù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時(shí)處理。

The start-up steps of the diesel generator set are as follows:

1. Loosen the bleed screw on the fuel injection pump, use a fuel hand pump to remove air from the fuel system, and fix the adjustment control handle at the appropriate throttle position for starting speed.

2. Press the start button to start the diesel engine. If the engine still cannot ignite and start after 10 seconds (up to 15 seconds), wait for 1 minute before starting again. If it still cannot start for three consecutive times, check and identify the cause of the fault.

3. After starting the diesel engine, close attention should be paid to the reading on the oil pressure gauge (2.5-3.5 kg/C ㎡ during normal operation). If the oil pressure gauge does not indicate, the engine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the ammeter should be checked for charging indication.

4. After the diesel generator set is started, the no-load speed gradually increases to 1000-1200r/min (note not to run at low speed for a long time), and after the preheating process of the diesel engine, the speed is increased to the rated speed. Only when the outlet water temperature reaches 55 ℃ and the engine oil temperature reaches 45 ℃, is it allowed to enter full load operation.

5. When the various instruments of the generator set indicate normally, the load switch can be closed to supply power to the load. As the load of the unit changes, if the frequency and voltage are not within the specified range, they should be adjusted in a timely manner to maintain the rated value. It is strictly prohibited for the generator set to carry the load at low speed to avoid damaging the equipment.

6. After the unit is put into normal operation, attention should be paid to the changes in water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, as well as the readings of the power meter, frequency meter, ammeter, and voltmeter at all times. Any abnormalities should be promptly dealt with.
